I used to have the regime of the "Swiss Miss - 25 calories per serving, I think. It was great for a replacement. But perhaps you could have some premium baking chocolate and add Splenda (with hot water, of course, and maybe a little milk or cream) depending on the fat / calories / protein targets taste. A touch of mint extract is a good way to add a zing without calories cognac. Have fun and stay warm!
